Configure and maintain payroll components within the HCM system; Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Indian employees; Handle statutory compliance including Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Income Tax, Gratuity, and Bonus; Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and month-end activities; Support payroll audits and statutory reporting; Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide production support; Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams during implementations and enhancements; Prepare Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and test scenarios; Conduct SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel runs.
