Responsibilities
Build and execute a multi-year philanthropy strategy spanning Major Gifts, Trusts & Foundations, and Gifts in Wills; Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, trusts, foundations, and bequest prospects; Partner with the CEO and Board to identify, cultivate, and solicit significant gifts; Lead and coach the Philanthropy Advisor; Monitor pipeline performance and revenue targets; Ensure best practice fundraising standards and compliance.
