Responsibilities
Deliver Council's capital works program across the full project lifecycle, Manage project budgets, programs, quality, risks and resources, Develop project briefs, designs, specifications, tender and contract documentation, Manage procurement processes including EOI, quotations, tendering and contractor/consultant selection, Manage contractors and consultants including contract administration, WHS, environmental compliance and performance, Act as Superintendent's Representative during contract delivery, Coordinate site establishment, construction activities, existing services and contractor inductions, Lead Project Control Group meetings and provide regular project and financial reporting, Coordinate project completion including as-constructed drawings, O&M manuals, asset register updates and handover to Council Operations, Ensure projects comply with Council policies, environmental requirements, standards and relevant legislation
