Lead structural design of production infrastructure from tooling fixtures to factory buildings; Perform structural analysis and design under static, dynamic, and vibration loads; Develop and review structural drawings, connection details, and fabrication packages; Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to integrate structural systems; Support fabrication and construction activities including shop drawing review and field issue resolution; Drive design decisions balancing performance, cost, and schedule; Manage scopes through full project lifecycle from concept to turnover; Interface with external engineering firms and contractors; Perform project control functions including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management; Resolve field conflicts in real time and implement rapid design changes; Own end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring on-time and on-budget performance
