Responsibilities
Complete extrusion, fabrication, wiring and final lighting product assembly; Support daily production schedules and priorities; Assemble and check products against bills of materials (BOMs), drawings and work instructions; Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workmanship; Use materials, inventory and offcuts efficiently to minimise waste and production delays; Identify production issues, bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement and report them to the Production Manager; Follow all workplace health and safety procedures; Work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to support the efficient movement of materials and finished products; Maintain a clean, organised and safe production area
