Responsibilities
Deploy, configure and commission firewalls, switches and wireless access points across a large retail store network. Manage the Juniper Mist platform across Wi-Fi, firewall and switching, including onboarding, templates, policies and configuration. Complete onsite installations, including device installation, cabling checks, testing and customer handover. Deliver staged rollouts, migrations and upgrades to agreed schedules while minimising disruption to store operations. Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and technical escalations during and after deployment. Coordinate site access, scheduling and readiness with the customer, project managers and field teams. Maintain accurate site records, configuration standards, as-built documentation and rollout trackers.
