Responsibilities
Apply DFM/DFA principles to ensure efficient manufacturing; Conduct manufacturability reviews to identify process risks and cost reduction opportunities; Collaborate with design teams to optimize product architecture for ease of assembly; Drive design improvements to reduce cycle time and assembly errors; Conduct PFMEA and Reverse PFMEA before mass production; Develop and validate process parameters and specifications; Define equipment setup, spare parts lists, and maintenance strategies; Execute capability plans including MSA and GR&R studies; Manage equipment transfer and setup (import/export).
