Balance and optimize line throughput while minimizing changeover downtime; monitor machine performance data to maximize utilization and reduce scrap; identify and implement cost reduction opportunities; develop and maintain soldering profiles; design and implement production tooling; coordinate production line reconfigurations; verify preventive maintenance activities; support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; lead root cause analysis efforts; develop and maintain work instructions and SOPs; analyze production data to drive continuous improvement; ensure implementation of engineering change orders; train operators and technicians; maintain compliance with ESD, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
