Responsibilities
Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents across Cisco ASA, Firepower, ISE, and supporting infrastructure within agreed service levels. Lead major incident bridges, drive root-cause analysis, and deliver post-incident reviews. Plan, peer review, and implement complex changes for policy, NAT, ACL, VPN, SSL decryption, IPS tuning, and URL filtering. Manage ISE policy sets, authentication rules, posture, profiling, and integrations with Active Directory, MFA, and pxGrid. Maintain Firepower software lifecycle including FXOS upgrades, HA pairs, clustering, and logical device provisioning. Operate and expand ThousandEyes coverage to monitor user experience and correlate findings with telemetry. Build and tune dashboards, alerts, and synthetic tests. Reduce operational toil through scripting and API-driven automation using FMC/FTD REST API, ISE ERS/OpenAPI, CDO API, and ThousandEyes API.
