Manage engagement of resident jobseekers and coordinate onboarding of community employers; Provide personalised guidance to resident jobseekers; Coordinate with employers and vendors to facilitate job seeker profiles creation and listing management; Guide jobseekers in setting up digital profiles and navigating job portals; Facilitate connections between jobseekers and employers through face-to-face or online platforms; Monitor jobseekers' progress and outcomes and review service delivery processes; Expand employer networks and build relationships; Organise and participate in events such as job fairs and outreach activities; Track and report data on jobseeker registrations and employer sign-ups; Provide operational guidance to new Job Ambassadors
