Responsibilities
Administer and improve Microsoft 365, Intune, collaboration platforms, meeting-room technologies, licensing, policies, and related configurations; Establish and maintain endpoint standards, application deployment, patching, compliance, monitoring, and device lifecycle management for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for assigned local servers, printers, multifunction devices, print servers, drivers, firmware, backups, and related services; Lead planned technology changes and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, root-cause analysis, documentation, reporting, and automation; Partner with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to manage access, data protection, vulnerabilities, incident response, audits, and compliance; Manage assigned vendors, warranties, licenses, renewals, technology roadmaps, budgets, lifecycle planning, and cost-improvement opportunities
