Responsibilities
Provide input for fixture design on new and existing programs; Assist with the sourcing of equipment, parts, supplies, and technical support; Develop and maintain the layout of work cells; Establish production/process standards; Establish and monitor maintenance schedules; Write and update specific work instructions for Robotic cells; Train personnel on equipment and processes; Maintain robots, mechanical or electronic equipment, and PLCs; Analyze robotic problems and help with root cause analysis and corrective measures; Provide feedback for long–term machine use/efficiency; Identify and implement process improvements and modifications to ensure the greatest efficiency in the manufacturing environment with safety and productivity as a priority; Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for job tasks; Observe all established safety rules and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout requirements, and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition.
