Responsibilities
Serve as designated Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) with overall responsibility for the Industrial Security Program; Provide strategic leadership for Industrial Security functions across multiple facilities; Develop and maintain enterprise security policies and procedures; Act as primary liaison with DCSA and government customers; Lead personnel security operations including clearance management and security indoctrinations; Direct classified information protection activities; Provide executive oversight of physical security operations; Establish and maintain security education and Insider Threat Programs; Direct security self-inspections, audits, and compliance reviews; Lead investigations into security incidents; Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements; Advise executive leadership on emerging security risks; Manage departmental budgets and staffing plans; Recruit and mentor Industrial Security professionals.
