Receive direction from Maintenance Manager and assist in overall maintenance and repair of assigned units; Perform painting and staining of interior and exterior buildings; Repair damage to walls and flooring; Conduct major repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment; Respond immediately to emergency facility needs regarding safety/security; Maintain safe facility environment and equipment standards; Carry out weekly preventative maintenance inspections of facility assets; Assist with facility recycling program; Occasionally assist with landscaping, mowing, snow removal, and plowing; Occasionally perform custodial tasks
