Responsibilities
Develop local Aero strategy and execution plan aligned with business priorities and customer requirements; Lead cross-functional execution across Production, Purchasing, Test, Operations, Automation Engineering, and Quality; Set local priorities and resolve competing demands to protect customer commitments; Own transfer of work efforts including readiness reviews and stabilization; Establish and stabilize the Aero operating system within the Krakow plant; Serve as primary local interface between Krakow, EMSE, Aero business-unit leaders, and sending sites; Identify and escalate material risks and lead conflict resolution.
