Develop and coordinate Program Integrated Test Plans (ITP) and detailed T&E plans; Lead development and standardization of test methods and procedures; Integrate BT&E capabilities with Systems Engineering and government stakeholders; Conduct testability assessments and oversee cost/schedule/configuration management; Manage Test Program baseline and participate in change management; Lead proposal efforts including technical/cost volumes and basis of estimates; Serve on Test Mission Assurance Readiness Review boards; Oversee test data analysis, processing, calibration, and validation; Coordinate cross-functional teams for teaming plans and quality processes; Manage test modification kits for test aircraft; Analyze staffing forecasts and lead internal Program Management Reviews; Facilitate strategic analysis and technology review boards; Train and mentor team members.
