Responsibilities
Visit sites, schools, and villages to monitor distribution compliance and assist with food/cash management; track dispatches, receipts, and distributions while ensuring required forms are completed; produce monthly and weekly reports on distributions and site visits; coordinate with partners and local committees to ensure proper receipt of supplies; conduct physical inventory audits of school stores; engage communities in project ownership and hygiene/safety promotion; accompany donors and WVI representatives during site visits; assist beneficiaries with inquiries and explanations.
