Lead and manage multiple large/critical complex safety areas/teams; Drive resource planning and process development; Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels; Accountable for budget management for own area; Participate in planning and implementing EHS services; Develop and implement delegated systems for measuring progress and quality; Monitor effectiveness and revise policies and procedures; Manage institutional-wide assessment of hazards and inspection programs; Ensure regulatory and compliance records are organized and current; Collaborate with Design, Construction, and Facilities to ensure EHS compliance in new projects; Supervise, mentor, and develop designated EHS personnel; Coordinate selection of purchased services; Manage the Department Safety Coordinator program; Manage the EHS Event Investigation program.
