Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of corporate customers by reviewing business operations, industry developments, financial performance, cash flow generation, and repayment capacity. Evaluate collateral and other credit enhancement measures, including collateral market value, security structure, and risk mitigation effectiveness. Work closely with Relationship Managers to analyze customer information, perform due diligence reviews, and prepare high-quality credit applications, credit assessment reports, and approval memoranda. Review and monitor new and existing credit facilities to ensure compliance with the Bank's credit policies, approval conditions, and operational procedures. Identify early warning signals of potential credit deterioration or problem loans and recommend appropriate remedial actions and risk mitigation strategies.
