Responsibilities
Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise authentication services. Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V. Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise storage solutions. Build infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform. Lead operating system lifecycle activities including upgrades and migrations. Administer Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management. Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Support certificate management, PKI, encryption, and enterprise identity services. Perform vulnerability remediation using platforms like Qualys, Tanium, Microsoft Defender. Coordinate patch management. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. Develop and maintain infrastructure standards and technical documentation. Participate in change management and production deployments. Create automated patching and compliance validation processes. Join on-call support rotation.
