Responsibilities
Define and deliver the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and multi-year roadmap; Assess emerging cyber and governance threats, including AI-related risks; Establish and improve the cyber governance model; Direct global security operations covering monitoring, intelligence, and incident detection; Oversee security architecture and control design; Lead GRC activities including risk identification and compliance oversight; Embed cybersecurity risk management into enterprise risk management and business planning; Act as the primary technology partner to Legal, Compliance, and Audit; Lead cyber resilience planning and incident response strategy; Advise executive leadership and Board stakeholders on cyber exposure and investment needs; Build and mentor a high-performing global cybersecurity organization; Promote a company-wide culture of shared cybersecurity leadership.
