Responsibilities

Support Windows desktops and laptops. Assist users with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications. Configure and deploy computers, laptops, and servers. Install and maintain printers and scanners. Manage equipment inventory. Coordinate warranty work and vendor repairs. Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems. Support switches, firewalls, and internet connections. Support DHCP, DNS, and Terminal Servers. Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365. Manage access to email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain security groups and permissions. Maintain IT documentation, system records, and procedures. Track assets and licenses.
