Responsibilities
Maintain and enforce manufacturing procedures to ensure production flows to schedules; Ensure subordinates adhere to safety procedures and near miss reporting; Provide information on on-time production performance; Advise supervisors on resource allocations for high priority orders; Define department goals and develop roadmaps; Report on department performance and track KPIs; Evaluate department supervisors and personnel; Develop team morale and motivation; Utilize lean manufacturing tools to implement efficiency changes; Supervise Cleanroom Supervisors (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift).
