Provide process engineering support and technical expertise within defined areas of accountability, Optimize variable costs using technical knowledge and a proactive approach to energy management, Analyze variances between the commercial plan and actual performance, Participate in HAZOPs, LOPAs, and incident investigations, Support reporting and verification activities for safety and environmental compliance, Ensure safe operating limits and availability operating envelopes are understood, Initiate and lead Management of Change (MOC) and Process Safety Minimum Expectations (PSME) gap analyses, Identify and justify turnaround scope, and support turnaround planning and execution
