Process repo/reverse repo transactions across confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations; Validate trade economics, collateral allocations, and netted settlements; Perform daily confirmations for collateral and cash providers; Monitor onside/offside settlements and track incoming/outgoing wires; Support triparty repo, FICC, and bilateral transactions; Perform end-of-day balancing between Vendor and settlement systems; Identify and escalate settlement failures, pricing issues, or breaks; Coach and mentor staff while driving process efficiency and operational excellence
