Responsibilities
Partner with Agency Lending Trading desks to support the lifecycle management of securities lending transactions; Manage daily front-office support activities including rate break resolution, contract comparison, loan amendments, and trade cancellations; Review, investigate, and resolve trade discrepancies, settlement issues, and collateral exceptions; Serve as a primary escalation point for Operations on trade support matters; Monitor and manage loan activity approaching key market events and corporate actions; Oversee loan recalls, return activity, and inventory-related adjustments; Manage front-office contract alignment processes by reviewing fee, rebate, and reclaim rate discrepancies; Support broker onboarding and borrower account maintenance; Perform control and oversight activities related to dividend processing and loan inventory management; Investigate and resolve settlement and collateral-related inquiries; Produce, review, and maintain business-critical reports and reconciliations; Participate in regular business governance forums and client service initiatives; Act as a subject matter expert for Agency Lending processes; Partner with Trading, Risk, Technology, and Operations on collateral optimization and workflow improvements; Identify opportunities to improve automation and streamline end-to-end securities lending processes; Build and maintain strong working relationships with trading desks, operations teams, clients, and counterparties; Adhere to all business controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
