Coordinate preparation and review of annual statutory financial statements and disclosures across multiple jurisdictions; Lead statutory audits from planning through completion as primary contact for external auditors; Review local GAAP reporting requirements and support alignment between US GAAP and local GAAP; Evaluate accounting guidance on complex transactions including intercompany activities, transfer pricing, and corporate restructurings; Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and FP&A teams to support business initiatives; Drive process improvement, standardization, and internal control enhancements within the controllership organization.
