Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support full-cycle recruitment activities; Source, screen, and interview candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience; Support campus recruiting, career fairs, and employer branding activities; Coordinate interviews, offer logistics, onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements; Manage the North America background check process; Facilitate local new employee orientation and support select HR initiatives; Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports; Process candidate travel and expense reimbursements; Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition programs
