Responsibilities
Contribute to building strategic thought partnerships across Commercial, Marketing, Medical, and PDM functions to influence program strategy decisions. Serve as the DPP representative on early-stage PDM programs to advise on and shape product system strategy and Target Product Profile development. Lead teams of scientists, engineers, and project managers through dotted lines to drive scenario planning and business case development. Monitor the development pipeline to maintain an evolving product roadmap and forecast. Monitor commercial launches, lifecycle management needs, and competitive intelligence to inform product system strategy. Partner with Human Factors Engineering to identify critical unmet user needs.
