Responsibilities
Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure team supporting 24x7x365 resort operations; Develop and execute infrastructure strategies; Oversee enterprise networking, telecommunications, wireless technologies, data center operations, virtualization platforms, storage environments, and server infrastructure; Manage the lifecycle, inventory, and refresh strategy for more than $20 million in technology assets; Oversee Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, virtualization platforms, Nutanix storage infrastructure, and associated enterprise technologies; Partner with Loews Hotels Home Office on enterprise projects, infrastructure initiatives, and cybersecurity programs; Ensure high availability, reliability, and resiliency of enterprise networks and telecommunications systems; Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection testing; Direct change management processes for infrastructure upgrades, implementations, maintenance activities, and system decommissioning; Manage infrastructure projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, status reporting, and successful execution; Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, technical documentation, network diagrams, and operating procedures; Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, and service providers; Support the development and management of operational and capital technology budgets; Travel throughout the campus and resort properties to support projects, technology deployments, and operational needs
