Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end financial evaluation and modeling for Horizon 3 and 4 innovation projects; Build and pressure-test dynamic P&Ls by consolidating inputs from R&D, Industrial Engineering, and Marketing; Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and risk/opportunity analyses for NPV, IRR, and payback horizons; Ensure recurring innovation reporting and governance forums with cross-functional leaders; Act as a key finance decision-maker within innovation forums guiding project funding requests; Support post-launch reviews to measure actual market performance against business case commitments; Act as an objective advisor to cross-functional teams, proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities.
