Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders; attend to customer issues and queries with minimal escalations; convert customer demand forecasts into plant-level capacity plans; coordinate Exports and Import processes from cargo readiness to BL release; coordinate material/container pick-up and customs clearance; collaborate with in-plant teams for packaging and MHE availability; prepare export-related documents and pre-alerts; obtain cost approvals; maintain DSRs and reports.
