Prioritize risk ranking maintenance execution due dates based on equipment condition and operational impact; Update Basic Finish Dates in the maintenance backlog based on evolving risk; Collaborate with Planners, Scheduler, and Production Specialists to assure realistic completion dates; Share accountability for the annual maintenance budget and approve planned work orders; Facilitate permitting to ensure smooth communication and HSSE/safety integration; Supervise and mentor new operators through progression phases to Senior Operator status; Assess and sign off on employee phase progression and Competency Development and Assurance (CD&A) requirements.
