Install, maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on new and existing facilities equipment, electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R, and computerized building management systems; Perform 24-hour emergency repairs on a rotational basis; Develop and perform preventive maintenance schedules; Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems; Calibrate equipment as needed; Prepare technical documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices; Participate in establishing and improving process equipment; Lead and manage maintenance team activities.
