Responsibilities
Respond to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by assessing conditions against engineering drawings and determining corrective actions; Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts with cross-functional teams; Participate in Daily Management and shop floor operating cadences using KPIs; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and throughput; Serve as a hands-on operational leader on the shop floor to remove barriers and support production flow.
