Develop and maintain master production plans for InP wafer fabrication; translate customer demand into wafer start requirements; generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly production schedules; plan production loading across epitaxial growth tools and downstream operations; perform capacity analysis and identify bottlenecks; monitor wafer movement, WIP health, aging lots, and cycle time; maintain die supply plans based on forecast and yield assumptions; partner with Operations, Engineering, Yield Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve risks and develop dashboards for production metrics.
