Lead or support projects focused on driving competitiveness & transformation for Performance Units; Support the execution of the C&T agenda including PCC, OCC, Industrialization, and digital initiatives; Improve supply chain competitiveness by ensuring effective project execution; Collaborate with global and local C&T colleagues for project continuity; Support the C&T ideation process to build a pipeline of opportunities; Manage timelines, milestones, risks, resources, and budgets using project management best practices; Perform comprehensive supply chain cost modelling and enable data-driven decision making; Work with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment; Support tracking of value delivery and status reporting for leadership.
