Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate Circulation Services staff for circulation, reserves, scanners, printers, and patron services; Provide hiring, scheduling, training, and supervision for Circulation and ILL staff; Provide and supervise Interlibrary Loan services using OCLC Tipasa and RapidILL; Collaborate with IT and Registrar to maintain accurate Workday and OCLC WMS database information; Create and assess policies regarding access services, library space, and OCLC WMS operations; Coordinate with Facilities to set opening hours and with Campus Police to ensure secure facilities; Collect and report annual statistics on circulation, ILL, and facilities; Provide part-time chat and in-person reference coverage and assist with library instruction.
