Responsibilities
Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data to determine efficient worker and equipment usage; Design, execute, and optimize material, WIP, and FGI flows on the factory floor; Lead initiatives to increase throughput and reduce costs in constrained areas; Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste; Simulate manufacturing workflows and provide input to process engineers; Provide process time estimation to the quote team; Develop labor utilization standards using work measurement programs.
