Responsibilities
Define and execute Operations Engineering strategy aligning with business objectives; Lead engineering support for complex products translating specs into scalable manufacturing architectures; Direct Process, Manufacturing, Mechanical Design, Test, Automation, and NPI Engineering teams; Drive factory performance through process design, capacity planning, line balancing, and yield improvement; Establish and govern NPI and product industrialization processes using DFM/DFA/DFT methodologies; Own site-wide process and product qualification activities ensuring compliance with APQP/PPAP/FMEA; Champion advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives; Lead engineering risk management and quality governance; Ensure comprehensive ownership of manufacturing documentation and engineering change management; Serve as executive technical leader for customers and site leadership.
