Responsibilities
Lead and manage all risk and control matters including KRI reporting, RCSA testing, TPRM, BCM, RP, and DLP governance; Partner with Risk Management Group, Audit, Information Security Services, and Legal & Compliance to ensure guideline compliance; Support the Unit Operational Risk Manager as the first line of defence in identifying and managing operational risks; Lead all BCM activities including staff recalls, emergency evacuations, tabletop exercises, and scenario-based BCP; Oversee residual risks, Issues & Action, and Incidents Management to improve policies and processes; Manage risk culture indicators, attestations, and drive risk culture and awareness; Support ad-hoc matters as required by GM&C COO.
