Own the full draw-management cycle across active development projects and multiple lenders, Prepare and compile draw packages including cost certifications and lien waivers, Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and contractors to secure timely funding, Maintain a master draw schedule and identify funding risks, Review closing documents and settlement statements for discrepancies, Maintain compliance with loan covenants and lender requirements, Own the insurance lifecycle including builder's risk and general liability coverage, Monitor interest accruals and debt-service schedules, Produce weekly and monthly reporting on draw status and capital needs, Work with senior leadership on forward-looking cashflow planning
