Responsibilities
Coordinate waste management projects across domestic, commercial, illegal dumping, litter reduction and community awareness programs; Manage grant applications, project delivery, reporting and acquittals; Prepare RFQs and tenders and coordinate contractors and consultants; Manage project budgets, grant funding and financial reporting; Prepare reports in line with Council's delivery plan and financial requirements; Liaise with internal teams, NSROC, EPA and other external stakeholders on waste-related projects; Coordinate annual waste and recycling audits across the LGA; Research and contribute to improvements in waste management policies, processes and technologies; Maintain accurate project records and documentation using CRM and HP TRIM; Support community engagement and communication around waste management projects
