Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate project cost forecasts, budgets, and accruals; Monitor project cost performance and analyse variances against budget and forecast; Clearly articulate monthly cost variances, including root causes and cost drivers; Prepare detailed commercial and cost reports for project teams and leadership; Identification and management of project risks and opportunities; Managing subcontractors by ensuring appropriate subcontract documentation is produced and issued in line with company procedures and manage accounts in accordance with the subcontract through to final account
