Responsibilities
Define and develop functional test scenarios, regression tests, negative test cases, and usability tests; Participate in the design and development of test automation frameworks; Work with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on requirements gathering; Establish goals for manual testing and automation; Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, test estimates, and risks; Actively utilize Claude Code to accelerate test authoring and debug pipeline failures; Contribute to AI-assisted testing capabilities by leveraging custom AI commands and optimizing prompts; Utilize generative AI and LLMs to author test cases and write automated testing scripts; Perform production post-deployment validations and coordinate hotfix deployments; Investigate customer-facing issues with the Customer Success team.
