Drive design sessions and configuration decisions for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence; Configure US and Canada payroll including tax setup and year-end processing; Design and operate international payroll flows and integrations; Configure time tracking rules and absence plans across jurisdictions; Own payroll-adjacent integrations (benefits, 401k, equity, GL); Partner with operations on payroll cycles and root-cause analysis; Design processes to satisfy SOX ITGC and audit requirements; Assess impact of Workday releases and run regression testing.
