Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to provide financial and commercial insights; Support strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and scenario modelling; Analyse business performance, profitability, margins and working capital; Develop dashboards and reporting tools; Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the Group's ERP environment; Drive improvements in finance systems, reporting capability and data integrity; Identify and implement automation opportunities; Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes, including consolidations and management reporting; Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks and compliance processes; Oversee statutory reporting requirements, taxation obligations and audit activities; Manage treasury, banking and foreign currency requirements; Lead, mentor and develop the Finance Team
