Perform MRP analysis to align customer demand with supplier capacity and lead times; Develop and manage material plans based on forecasts and purchase orders; Monitor stock levels, in-transit inventory, and shipping schedules to identify shortages; Generate shortage reports, material arrival reports, and escalation reports; Manage inventory levels and classification (ABC analysis); Liaise with suppliers to manage deliveries, lead times, and performance issues; Coordinate logistics planning with freight forwarders and internal teams; Review non-standard orders and confirm delivery feasibility; Track returnable packaging and manage stock movements; Manage excess and non-moving inventory; Communicate material-related delivery changes to customers
