Responsibilities
Develop and deliver technology recruitment strategies across Australia and New Zealand; Partner with technology leaders to understand current and future talent requirements; Own end-to-end recruitment across technology graduate and intern hiring; Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines across relevant technology disciplines; Develop relationships with universities, faculties, student groups and other relevant talent communities; Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, assessment approaches and candidate engagement; Use market insights and data to inform sourcing strategies and talent decisions; Work closely with the Campus Events and Marketing teams to support a strong employer presence across relevant talent markets; Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives; Collaborate with recruitment colleagues globally to share ideas, insights and best practice
