Build and repair electrical test systems combining custom electronics and mechanical fixtures; Perform benchtop PCBA testing and advanced troubleshooting using laboratory instruments; Design and release interface boards, PCBs, harnesses, and test fixtures; Select components and document bills of material and assembly instructions; Support equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle issues; Respond to emergent production and test-floor issues to restore safe operation; Partner with cross-functional engineers to advocate for testability and serviceability; Create and improve work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and safe-work practices; Mentor technicians and engineers on workmanship and laboratory discipline
